Rearranging Furniture & Painting

Last month while the girls were at camp I decided to paint our room. Our old bedspread was pulling apart and I found one that J and I both could live with...however it did not match the walls. So I painted the room blue and kept the brown wall and just painted some leaves to tie it together. Since our furniture was all moved around in the office we rearranged that room too.



Then this month we hit the family room. We never liked that the sofa was facing the wall and if you are in the kitchen everyone's back was to you. So we rearranged things trying to find a way to open the family room, kitchen and dining room all up. We ended up just moving the bookcases out to the guest room and formal dining room, putting the tv on the other side and getting a new lamp...now we are looking for a sofa table and everything will be much better.
