These are my favorite Japanese/Korean snack (little biscuit sticks covered in chocolate). The Whaley's introduced me to these back in CA and Jason found them in the market and bought some.

And then we headed to Kansas City
The following day we headed into KC. We stayed in a hotel in the Overland Park area (KC is huge). Spent some time driving around and shopping - then it started to snow like crazy...that didn't stop us though! The next day we went to visit the Won's (they just moved to KC from CA, Andy is J's friend who worked at Talbot). Stayed over their place for the night and J got in his authentic Asian meal.

How nice that you were able to see friends. The weather is something back there and you Californian's sure seem to have adapted. Nothing seems to keep you from doing what you want to do. Good for you!
