Yes, today is the last day of 1st grade for Miss Madison. She has had an excellent school year. Her teacher was wonderful and Madison really liked her. The students had to write compliments to one another and bind them in a book. Most kids wrote that she was a good friend, good at math facts, ran really fast, and had pretty blond hair (that was from some boys... J wasn't happy about those compliments :)).
Also, her swimming ended this week too. Her swim coach said she will have to work hard to stay afloat b/c her body is so muscular (takes after her daddy, not me!). So she may try another sport, too bad there is not just plain cross country running for kids, the girl can run!

It is amazing how much they change in one school year. Your girls are both beautiful.
