Our trip through the Ozarks

We went through Madison County...

This is in Eureka Springs - a little tourist town, where alot of bikers drive through.

Today we headed out of town and went to War Eagle Mill - (about an hr. away into the Ozarks)... we looked around the mill and walked over the bridge and looked at fish and turtles.

Not much to see there (there was a cavern but cost over $35 to get in).

We spent the entire day driving around the mountains... and at dinner I was eating a piece of bread and broke my tooth (and my filling can out with it!... it was soft bread too). So I have to wait till Mon. to call about a dentist. I saved it and asked Madison if I could borrow her tooth fairy pillow :)

Catching frogs

There are lots of frogs around here. Elise likes to man handle them, Madison will hold them only if daddy places them in her hands.

IT'S ALL DONE!!! YIPPPEEEE!!!!!

Some of you may know about the 1st season of my clothing line... the people I had lined up to sew it ended up not being able to do it. Soooo we wrestled with either quiting all together or me sew the entire thing (and move and sew my Spring line). Jason encouraged me to keep going and helped me out any way he could (doing most of the cutting). I had to have them mailed out by Aug. 30th to stores & I just finished them this morning! I'm so excited to be finished and happy that I stuck it out... NOW I'm off to paint the kitchen :)

Monkey girls 1st day of 1st grade!

Fun in Arkansas...

Madison found a new way to entertain her and Elise. They called me to show me what they were doing... Standing on the top bunk putting their stuffed animals on each propeller of the fan and then turning it on watching them whirl through the air.

Madison's open house

This is Madison's teacher Mrs. Taylor... she starts school on Mon. We decided that she wouldn't ride the bus b/c, she would have to be out an hr. before (7am) and home an hr. after (4pm) school. We'll see how the traffic is though for pick up!

New plates...

Jason's goal for the weekend was to clear out the garage so we both could park in there... he did it! And the lawnmower is back there too. Also, you only need plates in the back here.

I just love how they sleep :)
