Jason got me this new camera... it's a 12 megapixel... and he got a Kitchen Aid mixer from me. We both gave them on Sun. b/c we needed to use them right away!

Christmas Eve Day & Night

This morning we headed over to JBU to show my parents the campus and J's office. He got a new program on his computer where you talk and it writes what you say, so he was showing us that (I personally think he looks like a boy band wanna-be).
Then later this evening we started cooking some pies, making homemade pizza, church at 7 then ate the pizza, back to make snacks (that Nana sent) & we put some out for Santa, then baked the coffee cake for tomorrow morning, and the girls picked out 1 present to open. Elise chose Aunt Bekah's and she loved it (and I did too), Madison chose an outfit I made for her (it's hard to see but it's decoupaged Hannah Montana jeans & shirt). Now we are waiting for the girls to fall asleep so we can put the presents out.

Gma & Papa are here...

We are watching our neighbors dog (Lanie) while they are in Russia for 2 weeks. She is 7 months and loves the girls, she sleeps in their room and runs by them eveytime they make a noise.






After asking THE question 100 x's... "How much longer till gma and papa come?" They finally came.

Last Sunday of Advent

House pics.

So J and I finally put up the railing in the front and I got them painted this week. Jason also just put up the shutters on the windows on the front of the house. The builder needs to replace our front door b/c it is warped and will paint it once that's done. We were thinking of painting it black but now think it may be too dark.

Also, I never posted pics. of some of the completed rooms in the house - we moved around some furniture and brought it up to the sewing room, also got a king size bed so our old one went into the guest/play room, and our bedroom is finally finished (minus a headboard & curtains)...

Guest room - there is a chalkboard painted behind the door, we also need to get some pics. on the walls, I just did some freehand painting of a little scene... don't know if will stay that way...

My sewing room... this place has been rearranged so many times now. Greg and J put the wood flooring in as soon as we moved in (which has been wonderful to sweep up). We moved up the shelf where alot of my flat fold fabrics are stored now (the majority of my fabric is still hanging in the garage).
